Detailed teeth molds are needed to create custom, lab-made Whitening Trays, Night Guards, or Sports Guards. Compared to off-the-shelf devices, a custom fit makes our treatments that much more effective with 100% tooth coverage.
No worries! You can redo the process (up to 8 times) until you get the detailed impressions you need. Follow the step-by-step instructions included with your kit to help you reboil, cool, and reset the putty.
Pack your completed impressions in the clear bag provided and original shipping box. Attach the return label over the original, then drop off at any FedEx collection box within 7–10 days.
Once we receive your impressions, the time to manufacture and deliver your custom device(s) will be closer to 10-14 business days.
