Incredible difference

My wife and I have been using our new Quips for about month now. The difference is incredible. We used to speed through brushing-- maybe 45 seconds. Now we spend 30 seconds on each quadrant. We love the timers (each 30 seconds and then ends at 2 minutes). Each time we brush it feels like we have just had a professional cleaning. We love the styling. It is lightweight and well balanced. Have Toothbrush Will Travel

It's okay but for daily use ,I prefer the electric toothbrush I have now. I plan to use this toothbrush on vacations. It's perfect for that.

the brush isn't bad but the customer service is

The tooth brush is pretty good - it's not the strongest vibrating brush but it is a sleek and small size and it's convenient to not have to charge it constantly. The customer service on the other hand is pretty bad. I finally cancelled the refill program and just ordered 4 replacement brushes to all be mailed at once to have when I actually need them to decreased the frequency that I have to contact the company and wait over 2 weeks for the replacement. teeth don’t feel clean

As an RDH I am always open to new products to help my patients with improving their oral health. I have been using my Sonicare toothbrush for years and love it. Multiple patients of mine said they switched from an electric toothbrush like mine to the quip so I tried it for myself to see how it compared. Pros: sleek design and looks pretty. Cons: vibration isn’t even close to what I was used to with my Sonicare and after 2 minutes of brushing I didn’t feel clean AT ALL. Cute design and marketing but I won’t be switching! Great Product, Slow Shipping

I love my Quip and the toothpaste! However, the refills take way too long to ship. For instance, mine was supposed to ship on the 7th, but it is still "processing" on the 12th. I''m forced to buy a different toothpaste, instead of waiting.
