Best chat experience I’ve ever had
I have not received my first product yet but I wanted to leave a review based on the customer service I’ve experience so far with this company. A little prelim info, my first order with quip was mailed out as anticipated but although USPS marked it delivered it was not in my mailroom. I reached out to quip via the chat msg. and I was the 2nd in line. So I was able to chat with Sara within 1-2min. She started the chat with saying, “hey I’m Sara let me take a min to catch up.” LOVE THIS! She didn’t make me explain my situation multiple times (you know when you have to write your story for the chat bot, then the service agent then so on..) Sara then wrote back to say,”ok I’ve processed your order and it will be delivered to —-address.” Easy as that! It was the best chat experience I’ve ever had. Thank you
