How to refill quip Refillable Floss:
1. Click open the floss by pressing on the white top.
2. Gently pull the dispensing head away from the body until it pops off.
3. Remove the empty refill with the tabs, and recycle it with plastics.
4. Remove your new refill from the paper tube it was shipped in. There will be some rigid floss exposed.
5. Thread the rigid floss through the hole in the dispensing head.
6. Drop the pre-threaded refill into the body, with string side facing up.
7. Press down to secure until you hear a heavier click.
8. Open again to make sure the head is secure.
9. Pull the rigid floss all the way through dispenser and tear off to dispose.
10. Close as normal.
