This International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating the women who are shaping the future of healthcare — and committing to show up alongside them.

quip has officially joined Women in DSO as an Industry Partner Member, partnering with the nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and advancing women leaders across Dental Support Organizations. Because we believe better care doesn’t just come from better habits — it comes from the people leading the industry.

Women in DSO helps women grow into leadership roles through mentorship, education, and community. By creating more pathways to the top, they’re helping influence how care is delivered for millions of patients every day.

And that matters to all of us.

When leadership reflects the people it serves, care becomes more thoughtful, inclusive, and accessible.

Since day one, quip has focused on making oral health easier, more enjoyable, and more intuitive — turning a “have to” chore into a “want to” ritual, a routine people actually want to keep up with. Supporting women leaders is a natural extension of that mission: investing in the systems and voices that make healthcare better from the inside out.

As part of the partnership, quip CEO Meredith Glansberg has been appointed to the DSO 2025–2026 Advisory Board, collaborating with other industry leaders to strengthen mentorship and wellness-focused initiatives across dentistry.
