Looks cool, doesn’t work.
I really wanted to like this because it looks so awesome. However, if it doesn’t work, it simply misses the mark. As people have mentioned, the design is flawed. The dispenser will get stuck since the sticky concentrate pools at the bottom. I’ve tried to clean this out many times and no use. This will also leave behind crusty residue that is really unpleasant when it becomes unstuck.

Looks Great - Performance not so much...
Love the idea of the dispense and the mouthwash concentrate is great! As others have mentioned I ended up not using it due to cleaning, drips down the side after pouring, and the crystallization of mouthwash if you forget to rinse the excess from the dispenser. I think it could be improved if there was a cutout to place the cup in the dispenser and when you pump it just releases the mouthwash in to your cup...like an office water cooler LOL, you dont have to pick up the dispenser, no cleaning after each use, no drips...it can just sit on your counter and look pretty. Def would try again if the design is updated.

Works well
Overall this is a fine mouthwash dispenser. It is a little difficult to clean as it holds a little mouthwash in the top section and it crusts over unless you rinse it out after every use which is a bit of a pain.
