Meh…
The toothbrush is fine for a kids brush. The bristles are a little hard and plastic-y, and the vibration is weak. But, I wouldn’t recommend getting involved with the company. Customer service stinks, if you want to cancel anything it’s impossible. Just stay out of their mediocre scheme.

Warranty is a Joke
If your brush breaks, like 5 of the 7 brushes our family owns, good luck getting them to actually fulfil a warranty claim. More plastic in the landfill and another failed customer service experience.

The entire reason I brush my teeth now.
A lot of neurodivergent people with mental health issues can tell you, brushing your teeth is .. rather difficult to work yourself up to a lot of the time. I also have sensory issues, so electric toothbrushes can be too strong for my mouth but a lot of manual brushes have bristles that are too hard and make me gag. Now personally, I'm an adult but I have a smaller mouth and use the kids sized toothbrush, but this has legitimately changed my oral care and is the first brush to actually do so. The vibrations help clean my teeth and I can feel a difference if I use a manual toothbrush. I have a sensitive mouth (my gums especially hurt super easily) and can use this without it hurting afterwards. It's gentle enough not to harm but effective enough to clean. The price point is also a lot more manageable than others out there and I look forward to my replacement head coming in for the subscription service. This has been an honest godsend for me. It might not be for everyone but if you're looking for an easy way to improve your oral care, this is seriously worth trying.
