I have not tried my toothbrush yet, however, I'm writing this review to comment on the cancellation policy. I've ordered the manual toothbrush instead of the electric one, and I've realized it as soon as I've submitted my order. I've contacted Quip right away to cancel my order, but it was shipped next day anyway. Quip said there's nothing they can do and now I have to pay for the return shipping as well. It's just doesn't make sense to me that Quip is able to ship the toothbrushes faster than it can respond to the customers. Continue reading
I like the design and how little space it takes up in my bathroom. Also I don't have to deal with electric plugs. Just went to the dentist and everything checked out there. I've had other powered toothbrushes but the quip is quieter, just as powerful as a chargeable device, and conveniently packed for taking anywhere. I ❤ it!
love the size and overall design. so happy to have been able to get the charger off my vanity top teeth feel clean and traveling with it is awesome.
I don’t know if it’s just a faulty battery or a sign of things to come, but my new quip is already dying or shorting out. It doesn’t really even matter I guess. I don’t need the thing to vibrate, but it’s a nice feature for keeping time.
