So I ordered quip because it looked like a sweet classy brand, and sure enough it has proven to be so. I ordered it at the end of November as a family Christmas present and Christmas was less than a week away and it still hadn't arrived. I was slightly perturbed and contacted Quip to see what the deal was. I got great service with great turn around, they resent the same order with one day shipping and, although it arrived the day after Christmas, they refunded me part of the order and offered their apologies of which I really respect in any company I do business with. The product itself is great - super chic and nice looking, I'm quick to show anyone of interest, it looks like something modest out of a movie about the future. Already one friend of mine is trying it out and I'll definitely recommend it to anyone of interest. Great company - great service - great product.
