Won’t stay together, and the floss is terrible
I really tried to like these products, but the toothbrush won’t stay together and has to be reassembled mid brush, and flat out quit tonight, haven’t replaced the battery yet but it’s only 3 weeks old, very frustrating The floss dispenser is a great idea poorly executed the floss is like sewing thread, very thin and breaks easily

Love this toothpaste
So very glad I tried Quip toothpaste. Nice taste, feels fresh and clean. When you add the Quip mouthwash it's even BETTER! How could that be possible? So very glad to be a Quip customer. I've even added family members because Quip is that awesome!

Terrible customer service
My toothbrush stopped working after 6 mos and i was told i would be sent a replacement 2 months ago — still no replacement . I have inquired multiple times but only received one reply stating that ‘it was probably lost in the mail “ and asked for an address confirmation which i promptly provided. Still - no toothbrush .worst customer service experience I’ve ever had .
